A log is the only way to tell whether HoneyFil is doing anything for you.
Each day: the date, whether you took it, energy (1 to 5), mood (1 to 5), sleep hours and quality (1 to 5), training or activity, and any note such as stomach upset, a bad night or a stressful day.
Keep the same scale every day and write the entry at the same time.
Average each week and compare with your baseline week. Look for a trend over several weeks, not one good day. Note changes you made at the same time, such as sleep or diet, since they muddy the result. Review at day 30 and day 50, and decide before the refund deadline.
